Anouanzé, also called "Chez la Vieille", is a real maquis that has been run for more than thirty years by a "tantie" who made her reputation on her excellent braised fish (a must-try) and her kedjénous. The place, which does not look like much, has become over time an institution of the city, frequented by both Ivorians and expatriates. Not to be missed under any circumstances to taste the cuisine of the kitchen following recipes that have been tried and tested for generations. Very low prices.
