Facobly, a town of nearly 60,000 inhabitants 25 km east of Man, is populated mainly by the Wobê ethnic group. Non-tourist agricultural area planted mainly with cocoa and coffee. It is famous for the tematé dance (a Wobê dance), which marks the end of the rice harvest, and is performed by young Wobê girls, accompanied, in their movements that evoke each phase of the crop, by four different tams-tams. Temate means "most beautiful" in wobé. It is a tribute to the young girls whose spirits are favourable to an abundant rice harvest
