RESTAURANT CHEZ PAYE

Chez Paye is a small maquis made up of three straw huts in an open-air courtyard where a few cars and motorcycles are lined up. Pleasant welcome and (oh miracle) a limited waiting time, for a relatively varied menu, composed mainly of grilled meats and dishes in sauce, Senegalese and Ivorian specialties. Senegalese Tiep, skewers of beef fillet and delicious chicken. All at a low price. Some side dishes like alloco must be ordered in advance. Generous portions. A very good local address in Man.
