A beach completely silted up and obstructed by fishermen's nets, with wilderness accommodation.
Drewin's beach. It's a mecca for Ivorian surfing. This beach has also been home for years to the Kame Surf Contest. But you can make nice excursions and diving. On the spot, Jules (ask for "Chez Jules") has installed an apatam for lunch in the shade and offers rudimentary accommodation close to nature: mosquito nets, mattresses, and a tantie not far away who can prepare you a good chicken or braised fish in case of cravings ... This small spot without way is just next to a fishing village and is also close to an old palm oil factory offering the possibility of a nice visit. Drewin beach is also sadly known for being a boarding point for slaves during the slave trade to the New World. Completely covered in sand and obstructed by fishermen's nets, one can still see the exit of the "tunnel of shame" through which these enslaved humans joined the slave ships from their prison, stolen from the eyes of the local population to prevent any hint of revolt, before being exiled forever from Africa.
Poly Plage. A superb cove where a fishing village is nestled (the abandoned cabins remind us that the place was once very popular with tourists and surfers), recommended for a day of relaxation. There is also a campground to stay at the Robinson, in wild beach, coconut trees and idleness mode.
