Hotel-museum featuring a terrace bar-restaurant and rustic, clean, comfortable rooms in vintage African style
As soon as you enter, a huge rubber tree populated by monkeys and painted wooden parrots greets you. The straw huts are planted in a vast coconut garden. Masks, statuettes and objets d'art of all kinds adorn every nook and cranny of this museum-hotel, which seems to have come straight out of Tintin's "Broken Ear". Clean, comfortable rooms in rustic vintage African style (batiks, masks, bamboo furniture, rattan lamps, etc.), terrace bar-restaurant. Large swimming pool and pleasant private beach.

J’ai adoré cet endroit simple mais magnifique. Personnel discret, emplacement idéal, peu de monde, une bonne cuisine. Une belle piscine et le tout très propre. Les propriétaires sont certes un peu distants mais à force de venir pendant deux ans, ils se sont laissés à quelques confidences sur leur vie en CI. Que j’aimerais y retourner. Tellement authentique

I spend two months per year to Taverne Bassamoise with my daughter, the reception is discreet and the staff is very attentive to our services at very good Michel
I once there in 2009 and I tasted delicious lawyer shrimp starters and sumptuous crayfish grilled main course.Correct, polite and owner; personally, I did nothing to say about this establishment.
4 days in April 2012. The setting is well, but the staff is virtually inefficient. As much employees that the owner make no effort for the guest (which is rare), whether it is for the stay in the hotel or the advice of visit quarter. Given the city is full of hotels as comfortable as one another, I do not recommend this place highly. Alexandre
