The Select Hotel restaurant, with its rustic décor, is one of the city's good addresses, attracting tourists and locals alike. It is particularly famous for its fish specialities: soups, sturgeon roe (salată de icre), saramură de carp, perch fillet, fisherman's platter... It also offers other regional and international specialities: chateaubriand, șnițel, cordon bleu, tochitură de Dobrogea, Mexican or gorgonzola fillet, spaghetti, lasagne... The menu is reasonably priced.
