This brewery is located to the east of the center, in the heart of the Fabric district, in the factory that produces the famous local beer, which is over three hundred years old. You won't want to miss its beautiful Art Deco façade. Simple Romanian cuisine is served here: grilled meats, sarmale... But people come here above all for the popular atmosphere, which is pleasant in both winter and summer. You can dine either in the beautiful wood-panelled dining room, with its copper vats, or on the vast covered terrace. Good value for money if you stick to standard dishes.

Excellent restaurant dans une ambiance agréable où les plats sont bien garnis et la bière brassée localement très bonne. Passage obligé après la visite très instructive et bien organisée de la brasserie.

La visite gratuite est en anglais et dure environ 1h30. On y découvre toutes les étapes de la fabrication en traversant des salles qui pourraient être confidentielles dans d'autres brasseries. Intéressant.
La visite se termine par une dégustation à l'issue de laquelle on nous offre une bière au restaurant.
Le repas avec plats traditionnels m'est revenu à 10€, sans le bières ... Bon et pas cher. Service un peu long peut-être. On nous a offert un verre customisé et une photo.
Ne pas hésiter à y faire le détour lors d'un passage à Timisoara.
