Housed in a historic building right next to the princely court, the municipal museum displays collections of medieval ceramics and coins found during excavations around the princely residence. It also has an ethnographic section, where you will see folk costumes from the region and various folk art objects. In front of the museum, on the other side of the Strada Negru Vodă, are the ruins of the San church Nicoară. Dating from the 13th-14th century, it was the chapel of the first princely court.
