At the very end of a forest road, this rustically decorated hotel-restaurant is literally perched atop Mount Chirușca. It offers a magnificent panorama of the surrounding mountains. The food here is tasty, with plenty of home-grown produce from the estate's farm. The traditional menu includes invigorating mountain specialties. What's more, the welcome is friendly and the prices very reasonable. And while you're here, why not stay the night? A number of hiking trails leave from the hut, taking in the Ciucaș mountains.
