500 m from Resha resort by going to Rumonge. Opened at the end of 2009 by Fred-Bosco Nimubona and his wife Aline (who also leads the Manaf Tour and Travel agency, Burundi Tours), this hotel-restaurant of all beauty features exotic architecture and original decorations (tree trunks, mosaics sculpture). It is an exceptional place with its long sandy beach and its panoramic pontoon. The staff, from the manager to the servers, is particularly open and welcoming. Guests can play tennis, volleyball or beach football on dedicated spaces. The management also offers boat tours or visits to the nearby reserves near Rumonge (Vyanda to see chimpanzees, Rumonge, Kigwena). 20 rooms with 100.120 and $150 (with view of lake), breakfast included, and a tent at $30 per person. Bar-restaurant. Havre de paix

Havre de paix en bord du lac Tanganyika. Plage propre. Cuisine de bonne qualité mais simple. A recommander pour s'évader de la ville.

Très jolie endroit pur passer une à plusieurs nuits. Grande plage, mais le ponton n'est plus là en saison de pluie. Un service excellent (seul clients qui dormaient sur place, ce jour là). Risque de coupure d'électricité, soyez préparé. Resto: ils n'ont pas toujours tous les offres du menu, conseil : annoncez votre arrive.
tout est fait de la nature, pleins d'arbres décore l'endroit. Les bungalow et maison sont fait en bambou, bois, salle de bain en pierre, etc, tout es naturel. Eau Chaude ok. Bien décoré. Meilleures tomates viennent de Resha et ne manquez pas les plats de poisson!
