Leo is the country's largest mobile phone operator (code 79, 71 and 72). Heir of Télécel, the oldest GSM network company in Burundi (created in the early 1990 s), which had changed its name in 2007 to become U-Com, Leo has good network coverage in the national territory and advantageous rates for its telephone services abroad, as for the Internet.
