A museum dedicated to the history of Seoul from its earliest days, its four galleries each retrace a part of the city's history.
A very good interactive museum that provides a wealth of information on the history of the city since its origins. The museum itself is presented in the form of 4 galleries each retracing a part of the city's history: Seoul under the Joseon dynasty (1392-1863), then Seoul during the period of the Daehan Empire (1863-1910), Seoul during the Japanese colonization (1910-1945) and finally Seoul since 1945. We will note the gigantic model of the city on a scale of 1,500.

Musée splendidement présenté et aux riches collections. Bon, si on ne lit pas le coréen, on est parfois frustré (mais, après tout, on est en Corée et j'assume donc mon ignorance...) ; mais la variété des collections et l'excellente qualité de la muséographie permettent toujours de passer un très bon moment. En plus, l'entrée est gratuite et le musée est souvent ouvert tard.
