At the end of a small alley, it is the most famous restaurant in Insa-dong, at least the most touristic. It is run by a Buddhist monk who offers in an authentic setting entirely vegetarian menus prepared with mountain herbs (said the legend...). The owner has also published several cookery books. If the place remains popular among foreigners who want to discover Korean cuisine in a charming setting, it is often full of tourists for dinner, businessmen coming for lunch.
