Poom is considered one of the best restaurants in Seoul (you are also strongly advised to make a reservation). It serves a traditional banga cuisine (the cuisine of the nobles of Joseon) revisited with a touch of modernity. Chef Roh Young-hee changes her menus very frequently; to the rhythm of the seasons. Elegance is as much a part of the plate as it is of the restaurant's decoration. It's a real moment of refinement. What's more, you get a very nice view of the city, which doesn't spoil anything.
