For over 70 years, Hadongkwan has been faithful to his recipe for gomtang (beef meat and bone soup), one of the main soups in Korean cuisine. This rich, milky broth is highly nutritious and would even be excellent for the skin. We recommend that you dip your rice in it, add green onions, or even pieces of kimchi to add a spicy touch to this dish (Korean style)! If you want to try it, look no further, it's a must! Good value for money.
