Tired of the usual butter-and-jelly toast in the morning? Try a classic Korean breakfast, the seolleongtang, to get your day off to a good start. This broth of beef bone with thin slices of meat and young, milky onions is nutritious, though a bit bland for some palates (compared to most Korean dishes). Feel free to add a little kimchi, especially to add a bit of spice to the dish and give it a bit of relief. Quite touristy, especially among the Japanese, the menu is in English.
