Palace built in the late century, a complex of historic buildings where descendants of the royal family reside.

Admission is free to this beautiful complex of buildings, built in the late 19th century. The Sukawati clan, the family of Ubud's monarchs, ruled here, and it is said that the king liked to watch the activity of the market opposite (and the women who went there) to gauge the economic situation of his kingdom. By the way, if some parts are closed to the public, it is because descendants of the royal family still live there.

Très joli
Magnifique palais royal. On est allé le visiter de jour puis on est allé le soir à un spectacle de danse (payant). Il se trouve en face du marché d'Ubud et en face du meilleur resto de Babi Guling.

Lieu sublime à visiter en journée (pour les parties accessibles au public) mais aussi en soirée car de nombreux spectacles de danses balinaises sont organisés. Un conseil pour les danses : allez-y tôt car après vous peinerez à trouver de la place pour vous assoir.

It is just opposite promenade of Ubud. Each evening, there is dance in the palace. It is the only palace has Bali or the royal family still lives.
