Temple built in an impressive cave at Toyapakeh, a good address for an authentic visit.

Don't miss this 15-metre-high grotto, which plunges into the cliffs for a few hundred metres before surprisingly opening onto a ledge overlooking a pretty meadow. Climb a hundred or so steps before threading your way through a narrow passageway to discover numerous places of worship for Balinese deities within the cave itself. The coastal road ends to branch off westwards towards Pejukutan, 5 kilometers further on, then Tanglad, a small village perched on the hill.
