RESTAURANT LIBANAIS ALHAYAT

This is one of the restaurants at Hotel Esteghlal. It has the advantage of always being open and pays tribute to Lebanon with an elegant decoration incorporating two stylized cedars. Its glass window overlooks the swimming pool. Lebanese cuisine here is mâtinée of Iranian recipes, with white and saffron rice, without forgetting the essential grilled tomato; for the rest, you can choose mezzés, the bread is Lebanese (double galette), the spices also. No big change, therefore, but an alternative to the other tables of the hotel (Italian, French and Iranian).
