The cable car, which connects Mount Tochal, part of Velnejak Avenue, north of Evin. Allow 30 min to cover 7,5 km. Seven intermediate stations occur before arrival (tea house). Youth unpacks on this mountain path. From the last station (restaurant), several hiking possibilities, including climb up to the peak of Tochal (3 933 m). Attention, even at the height of the summer, it is cool at this altitude. Superb views of Tehran. On the other side of Mount Damavand, the forest that begins shortly afterwards goes down to the Caspian Sea. During the winter, three ski runs are open to the public. The golden youth of Tehran, men and women alike, enjoy the joy of sliding and seduction.
