Le Boucher (The Butcher) is located at the rear of the Plage complex, with a beautiful view of the lake. The room is beautifully decorated in an assertive rococo style. As its name suggests, the place is a delight for carnivores in the "South-African" style, with a fine range of grilled meats on offer (steaks!). But it's also a renowned sushi bar (the only one in Lubum), with impeccable freshness. As well as a more classic brasserie section. On the other hand, it's not cheap, because the products are imported. Belongs to the same group as the "Latté" in town.

L'endroit est très agréable. Effectivement, les prix sont excessifs, mais on y mange bien. Les sushis sont bons et la viande est succulente. Les accompagnements et les sauces manquent un peu de goût.

Les tarifs sont dans le haut de la fourchette, mais la qualité est là. Les plats sont excellents. Le cadre de plus agréables. Le service est très bien, mais sa lenteur est égale à sa qualité. Au vu du tarif, on s'attend à bien mieux. Mais si vous n'êtes pas pressé, c'est un endroit à recommander.
