Works of art from the 400 or so peoples who make up the DRC are on display. You'll find sculptures, paintings, pottery, basketry, fabrics and various other objects of worship or everyday use. It's a lively place, combining the past and present of Congolese culture. Many activities take place here: photo shoots, video shoots, conferences, concerts or performances of traditional or modern dances, exhibitions, fashion shows, various tastings, and so on. The premises are also regularly rented out for weddings.

Belle réponse à un grand besoin
Un grand pays tel que le Congo se devait de disposer d'un beau musée national. Le musée n'est pas encore inauguré mais est déjà visitable et donne un bel aperçu de différentes facettes du pays et de sa culture. Trois salles d'exposition sont accessibles. Guide très sympathique et compétent.

Musé pas encore ouvert
Le bâtiment n'était pas encore ouvert fin juin 2019 et il semble rester quelques travaux. Le quartier est intéressant dans sa démesure architecturale bien qu'un peu vide.
