LA FOURCHETTE

An umpteenth Congolese restaurant "VIP", with an eternal buffet formula and a few "European" dishes, a clientele of accustomed people who come there, a sound background, and a thousand garden. But apart from ngandas (good but ultra basic), establishments offering Congolese cuisine in good conditions are not legion. In the city centre, more. And that's not bad. Even if it rarely lasts… especially frequented by the central market merchants.
