This is the hairdresser of choice for expats, men and especially women. Mansour knows how to work with "European" hair, unlike some local hairdressers who have little or no experience... Expect to pay $40 for a cut and blow-dry. 15 for a men's cut. There's also a manicure ($10) and pedicure ($15), and you can bring your own nail polish. The team, made up of jovial people whose hair speaks louder than anyone else's, is service-minded and always ready to listen to customers' needs and expectations. Mansour is all about professionalism.
