SkyAirlines is a low cost airline that will allow you to easily reach the different Chilean regions. If you plan well in advance, you can save time and money: from Santiago, you can reach Puerto Natales, Punta Arenas, Coyhaique, Iquique, Arica, Calama, La Serena, Puerto Montt or Valdivia. The prices are much more attractive than the long bus trips (which in the end are much more expensive). For a Santiago-Punta Arenas trip, you can get away for 50 euros if you plan ahead.
