FESTIVAL COSTUMBRISTA

This festival, which celebrates the customs of the island of Chiloé, takes place in the town's municipal park. It's the perfect opportunity to discover the island's gastronomic riches. Neighborhood associations set up stands serving asados, curanto, grilled fish and other delicacies. But that's not all: the festivities also include a crafts exhibition, island songs and melodies, and a presentation of the customs and daily labours of the Chilotes.
