EL CAZADOR

This stilt restaurant serves creative and original dishes that change the traditional seafood diet. In addition to the pleasant decoration and the beautiful sea view, there is a refined cuisine of author's cuisine. On the menu a good pâté of local production, smoked trout, absolutely divine oysters and several meat dishes: duck, rabbit, pork... It's homemade and orchestrated by Mauricio, the chef always looking for new flavours. A few books on Chiloé to read and a small craft shop at the entrance. An excellent address.
