Traditional Mapuche cuisine. Typical bread is served (katuto with cheese), muzay (quinoa beverage) and kinwakao (quinoa and cocoa) are eaten. To discover: the soup of cochayuyo (algae) or korüachawal, or horse meat (ilokawella). Spicy dishes often: from merkenn to gogo! Also vegetarian dishes (like pisku). Mapuche handicraft deco. Recommended.
