VIVEKANANDA KENDRA PRAKASHAN TRUST

Located near the Parthasarthy Temple of Tricplicane, this centre offers sessions of 18 days of yoga lessons, every month (inscriptions on the first Sunday of the month). In accordance with the social philosophy of Vivekananda, famous disciple of Ramakrishna, the module is open to all. Beginners are welcome, provided they are ready to rise early: The courses are from 6 am to 7 pm and from 18 pm to 19 pm.
