The bistro-restaurant, run by chef Tarek Benchallah, welcomes you to the heart of the Gauthier boutique hotel, in an interior lounge with an offbeat Art Deco design overlooking a large green patio. Lazy atmosphere during the day and more hushed in the evening. On the menu, Moroccan and international dishes, organized around a thematic buffet based on seasonal products, a selection of cheeses, salty and sweet sweets and even detox juices if you came to relax at the bar the day before. We love it for its quietness in the heart of the city!
