Flavourful cuisine and a fine wine list in a historic restaurant in Casablanca.

1952, that is where it started. Here the walls are loaded with history, we feel right at home! Businessmen, travellers, Casaouis… generations meet in a warm atmosphere around a kitchen that does not cheat. Italian, French and Spanish specialities with a beautiful wine card… some have even made their canteen. At the command of this institution, it is now the son Juan Manuel who succeeds his father Rafael: Even kindness, even professionalism and strong attachment to this place.
