NKOA is the story of a group of friends, a little bit adventurous, who, after leaving school, embarked on a lovely project: to take Moroccan palates and other visitors on a journey. In this high-ceilinged space, NKOA was born: Néo - Kitchen - Of - Africa, Asia, America. A completely fusion cuisine that evolves with the seasons. From Malian mafé to Iranian Abad and Ethiopian ingéra, dishes are revisited, modern, colorful, almost artistic.
