Location de voiture où le rehausseur a été débité deux fois. Pour notre retour en France, samicar devait être à l'aéroport à 6h pour restitution auto mais personne !! Nous n'avons pas été prévenu...rien...vraiment très déçue. Agence pas sérieuse ni correcte. Un fuir

Bonjour
Samicar est mon fournisseur de location depuis 3 ans, c'est une société qui m'a été recommandé par des amis, et en utilisant leur service je n'ai pas été déçue: une équipe soudée, une communication très fluide entre les membres du personnel et une grande transparence; le chef sait tout, fait un suivi minutieux et insiste sur l'avis des clients concernant le service fournis,les recommandations et axes d’amélioration.
Franchement, j'été stupéfaite en recevant le mail de satisfaction me remerciant d'avoir fait confiance à leur société et me sollicitant à laisser un commentaire par rapport au personnel qui m'a reçu.
Je recommande Samicar vivement et leurs souhaite très bonne continuation!

Excellente agence de location, tres fiable et professionnel, ponctuel. Vehicule propre et confortable. Pour une premiere location au maroc, j'ai été tres satisfait. Merci samicar.

J'utilise samicar depuis plusieurs année et plusieurs fois par an. Ils ont un excellent rapport qualité prix et un excellent service d'aéroport avec M JAFAL (désolé pour la prononciation) l'agent qui vous livrera le véhicule!
Agence sérieuse, compétitif et relation client exceptionnel .
