A remarkable bastion in Salé, a good address for a culturally and religiously rich visit.

This bastion was built in the 17th century during the reign of Sidi Mohammed ben Abdallah to serve as an ammunition depot and to defend this side. Through the loopholes, we enjoy the sea. A Muslim cemetery stretches all the way to the ocean. The ramparts of Salé have been classified as historical monuments. This visit takes about 3 hours; it is intense and changes everything you have seen. Here everything is simple, humble, but very rich culturally and religiously.
