In a subdued and hushed setting, La Part des Anges is a hidden gem where you can discover the quintessence of Rum! Laurent will guide you through the aromatic palette and the history of rums. The name comes from the alcohol that evaporates during aging. The spirit reveals all its complexity: variations of colors, woody, spicy, fruity or vanilla aromas... Among the 165 rums selected, we go from agricultural rums from the French West Indies to molasses rums from the English-speaking Caribbean.
