FORTRESS MUSEUM

Vladivostok has a whole network of early 20th century forts, a Pacific defensive line against possible Japanese attacks. The museum has taken refuge in one of these forts, which are walking paths that also offer a breathtaking view of the sea. The walk is punctuated with countless artefacts: firing range with S-60 cannons and unarmed machine gunners, torpedoes and missiles from various periods. Inside, you wander through the military history of the Far East.
