The house of culture of the Primordiandy. Various events are offered here. Exhibitions, fairs, markets of local arts and crafts. Folk concerts, dance shows. This institution has an active year-round programme in other Vladivostok establishments: regional singing competition "Voices of Primorye" (March), choral music festival (April), amateur theatre (Ramp Light, in November), Far Eastern choreographic art competition (Dance Surf, November).
