The UFCV has five sites in Alsace where each year more than 1 700 young people and adults are trained. UFCV's values are based on the idea that the individual is able to make choices and achieve them by accessing knowledge, accessing training and lifelong learning. The target audiences are young people, from 16 years old, out of the school system, and adults of all school levels including training courses. Contract pedagogy is set up with objectives marking step by step the common advance of the trainee and the training body in a time counted. The UFCV implements measures for social and vocational orientation and integration, social support actions for a precarious public, project validation, access to employment, preparatory actions for level 3, 4 and 5 competitions in the field of social and paramedical action and preparation for the BAFA.
