EXUMA TOURIST OFFICE

George Town, located in the Bahamas, is a popular tourist destination for its sapphire-blue waters and pristine beaches. The town is divided into three main areas: Great Exuma, Little Exuma and the Exuma Cays. Great Exuma is the largest island in the chain and home to most of the major hotels and resorts, as well as Exuma International Airport and the capital George Town. Little Exuma is a smaller, quieter island, known for its Tropic of Cancer beach. Other must-see destinations in the Exuma Cays include Compass Cay, where visitors can swim with nurse sharks, Staniel Cay, famous for the Thunderball Cave, and Big Major Cay, home to the famous swimming pigs.
