BAHAMIAN MUSIC AND HERITAGE FESTIVAL

Ode to the Bahamas, this cultural festival is held every year in George Town and brings together islanders from all over the archipelago. At Regatta Park, stands for wood and coconut carving, basketry, and conch salad demonstrations showcase all the country's skills, while in the middle of the grounds, pineapple cutting, onion peeling and other cocktail designs compete against each other. At the end of the day, time for musical entertainment.
