QUEEN CONCH

This small blue wooden stand, with its erratic opening hours, is renowned for serving the best conch salad on the island. Freshness is guaranteed, as the shells are fished the very morning of the tasting. Richard and Lavaughn prepare the salad in front of you, seasoned with lime and coriander, just right. A real treat without fuss, for a few dollars, facing the turquoise waters of the bay. On weekends, lots of people at the gate for both lunch and dinner. Very good value for money (at last)!
