BAHAMIAN COOKIN'

An address that doesn't look like much, but it's a good place to get a taste of the local soul. It is the oldest restaurant-bar in Bahamas and is still run by a local family. The traditional Bahamian seafood-oriented cuisine is well served and cheap, with the unmissable conch prepared in a variety of ways, grouper, surf & turf and excellent fried shrimp on the menu, which we recommend... Not much frequented by tourists, it is a place to discover.
