Welcome to the temple of tiki-culture, the Polynesian-pop trend that set America on fire from the 1930s to the 1950s with its wahines, ukuleles and flower necklaces. A fusion menu with exotic influences, from wok or Thai beef carpaccio to Caesar salad, via the famous wood-fired dishes. The mixology menu is as diverse as the arm's length, and features the famous Mai Tai, a cocktail invented by the brand's creator - rum-curaçao-orchard-lemon to be sipped directly at the counter!
