The ex-cantine of the old sea wolves (see black and white pictures on the walls) has taken off inside the wine museum. At midday, businessmen meet there in an old Spanish setting, where the rustic medieval reaches its peak. One eats there, between two suits of armour, in a forest of hams and collection bottles (13,000 pieces at the last census), a pleasant food aimed at the refined. The grilled fish is a real delight. You can also enjoy raciones and tapas, such as the famous Santoña anchovies.
