Without a doubt the best place in Santander to go tapas. At the Diluvio, or deluge in Spanish, they serve you beautiful and appetizing tapas, laid out before your eyes in a modern and warm looking bar. The choice of tortillas is very convincing: ideal with a glass of wine, around 1pm or 7pm... You can also order peppers topped with morcilla, burgers and gourmet salads. The place is very popular with the locals, so you'll have to come early to sit at the bar or on high tables.
