Set in a superb th century Sicilian architecture, this restaurant is hosted by Sergio Bastard, one of the young chefs of the Spanish avant-garde. Hearty salad in the program as vegetables are its favourite terrain. But on the map you can also test how to treat the montañes montañes. For wines, the references are impressive. Other pleasure, as the place is superb, you also have a terrace dedicated to tapas.
