Bea, a history buff, and Migueltxo, a wine expert, form the duo at the helm of Pamplona Food. They offer a wide range of experiences to discover Pamplona and its surroundings, as well as its gastronomy and wines. On the program: guided tours of Pamplona, wine tasting at a bodega in Olite, visit to a mill in the Baztan valley, among others. If you have a little time to spare, you can also take a five-hour introductory course in oenology, spread over two days, with tastings of 12 to 14 wines.
