MUSEO BALTASAR LOBO

Born in 1910 in the Zamora region, Baltasar Lobo is one of the most important Spanish sculptors of the 20th century. Apprenticed at the age of 12 in a carving workshop in Valladolid, he studied at the School of Fine Arts in Madrid and went into exile in France during the Spanish Civil War. In Paris, where he will realize all his work until his death in 1993. Located in the Casa de los Gigantes, the museum traces the life and work of this artist. You will find about fifty sculptures but also lithographs, drawings, photos and his working tools.
