It is the pride of the city, having been awarded a Michelin star in 2001 as well as many other prizes. Located in a century-old house, it strives to respect its Castilian culinary roots by offering dishes such as canutillos de cecina (dried veal cannelloni), bacalao con manitas (cod with bacon) or lechazo asado al horno de leña (lamb roasted over a wood fire), while giving it a modern touch and adapting it to the seasons, with menus that change every three months. It is advisable to book in advance.
