NATURE RESERVE OF THE GORGE OF LOS INFIERNOS

It covers over 6 800 ha of mountains, forests, plants and pastures. Declared a place of community importance, it contains thousands of plant and animal species. Think about putting hot and waterproof clothing. Three itineraries allow to enjoy the site beauties: Los Pilones, accessible from the interpretation centre (the most borrowed), the road of Carlos V from Tornavacas (it leads to the monastery of Yuste) and la from the valley (from the interpretation centre). By bus, the Alsa company connects Plasencia to Hervás and Cevesa connects Plasencia to Valdastillas.
